Integration
TAW® builds a wide array
of controls for both the industrial and municipal markets in its UL 508A listed
and ISO 9001-2000 certified plant. Products range in size from simple pump
control panels to large pre-fabricated buildings complete with an MCC,
switchgear, PLCs, VFDs, or any other type of required equipment. TAW® provides
customers with quality components and materials designed for years of service in
all environments – both indoor and outdoor or corrosive. For example, TAW®’s
aluminum, stainless or galvanized steel enclosures or buildings are finished
with a baked on powder coat to ensure a durable finish regardless of the
environment.

major control equipment manufacturers. TAW® routinely uses a wide range of PLCs,
HMIs and control components. PLC system design and programming are done at TAW®
providing single source responsibility for programming, test and warranty.
TAW® provides
Systems Integration Services to customers throughout many industries. TAW®
engineers have a broad range of programming experience and have successfully
completed projects involving equipment and software from Allen-Bradley, Modicon,
Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Koyo. The TAW® staff also has hands on experience in
working with a wide array of operator interfaces and communication systems such
as radios and fiber optics.
TAW®’s Systems
Integration Services also provides VFD support, including trained start-up
technicians, a VFD design engineer, full systems integration capability, and
preventative maintenance programs.
Custom VFD Packages
TAW®
has expertise in designing and assembling UL508A custom VFD packages for
industrial municipal and OEM’s. TAW®’s VFD
panel integration is virtually limitless. TAW®’s
experience ranges from panels for process facilities, citrus packaging
facilities, bottling plants, water treatment, carwash to heavy industrial or
aggregate applications.

TAW® has a long history of providing custom panels in a variety of enclosures to
the water and waste water markets. TAW® provides controls, PLC,
software and system integration for fresh water pumping, monitoring, sewer and
virtually all municipal water applications.

Climate Controlled Electrical Houses
TAW® E-houses or Power Equipment Rooms are available in a myriad of
configurations for utility or municipal applications. TAW® E-houses feature
panels individually formed from either galvanized steel, marine grade aluminum
or stainless steel. Each panel is individually powder coated and baked in a
high temperature oven to ensure years of durability for the finish even in the
harshest of environments. TAW® E-houses are also available with wind load
ratings which can be certified by a registered engineer to withstand wind loads
up to 150MPH. TAW® E-houses are an effective way for municipalities, utilities
or contractors to reduce installation costs. TAW® climate
controlled E-houses are completely factory assembled and pre-wired so that
installation is as simple as dropping to a concrete pad with electrical conduit
stub ups for very quick connection.

TAW® controls and
